Artist Statement
I collect and document, selectively choosing imagery from a wide variety of media, including found patterns, vintage magazine clippings, and photographs. I intuitively develop these compositions using a combination of classical mediums and traditional processes. I’m interested in the representation and beauty of these images as they are cloaked into personal, historical, and romantic forms.
